Thank you for choosing a Nesmiya Scrolls eco-printed creation!

Our Nesmiya Scrolls products are handcrafted with care using natural materials and traditional techniques, which may result in unique variations in color and pattern. Slight imperfections, such as color inconsistencies or pattern irregularities, are inherent to the process contributing to the product’s charm.

Variations and imperfections are an integral part of the eco-printing and hand / natural dyeing process. We treasure those as they make each stole a unique, just-for-you piece of Wearable Art!

Because our products are handcrafted, all measurements provided are approximate, though we strive to keep these margins as small as possible. The exquisite Mulberry Silk fabric may show minor weave irregularities, which are a characteristic charm of handwoven textiles.

Return Policy

Refund Criteria:

In the unlikely event that you have to return the Nesmiya Scrolls creation(s), here are the details below:

  • We reserve the right to reject a return if the returned product shows any signs of wear and tear, damage, alterations, odor, being washed or the request is submitted outside the return and exchange period.
  • NO Cancellations, refunds, returns or exchanges allowed once you place the order. No exceptions.
  • We ONLY allow a return and/or exchange, if you have received a damaged product
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days from the date of purchase
  • Products that do not meet the return/exchange criteria or are outside the 15-day return window will not be eligible for return/exchange

Return Process:

  • Please contact us for approval before returning any items. This allows us to guide you through the return process and confirm eligibility. Unapproved returns may not be processed.
  • To initiate a return, please email us at support@nesmiyascrolls.com with the following details: your name, order number, a brief explanation of the reason for the return, and a photo showing the issue with the product. Providing this information will help us review and process your request promptly. Once your return request is reviewed and approved by us, we will email you a return label which you will need to download, print, stick on the return parcel and mail it to us
  • Only when the return is approved, you can opt for an exchange instead of refund, but the product has to be of equal or higher amount than the one returned
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we have received the returned item. Please allow up to 8-10 days for the refund to be processed. If you haven’t received your refund within 30 days, feel free to contact us at support@nesmiyascrolls.com and we will assist you.
  • Returns require prior approval. Unapproved returns may not be processed, and return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping Policy

  • Currently, we ship throughout the United States, covering all 48 contiguous states, as well as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO destinations.
  • Most orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. In the rare case of a delay, we will keep you informed.
  • For deliveries within the contiguous U.S., you can expect your package to arrive within 3 to 10 days after it ships.
  • Orders sent to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories may take between 7 and 21 days for delivery.
  • If you haven’t received your product within the specified arrival window, send us an email at support@nesmiyascrolls.com and we will help get to the bottom of the issue.
  • Shipping fees are automatically calculated and shown at checkout.

  • Shipping & Handling: This single charge covers the cost of preparing your order, packaging, and getting it to your door.

Tracking Information:

  • You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order has been shipped.
  • Please note that tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active after your order is on its way.

Damaged Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@nesmiyascrolls.com with your order number and a photograph of the damaged item.
  • We will promptly address the matter to ensure your satisfaction.

  • We recommend providing a secure and correct shipping address to help prevent loss, misplacement, or theft.
  • Please note that we are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or incorrectly delivered after they have been shipped.
